About Our Chapter
Welcome to the Pennsylvania Chapter of Women in Public Finance
(formerly Ladies First)
The Pennsylvania Chapter of Women in Public Finance (formerly Ladies First) is a professional association of women engaged in the public finance industry. The organization offers a space to expand your public finance network and learn from industry leaders throughout the year. Though our in-person events are regionally located in Pennsylvania, we welcome public finance professionals from across the country.
The Pennsylvania Chapter of Women in Public Finance was originally founded as Ladies First in March 2009 to provide women located in the Mid-Atlantic region working in public finance with a venue to network and learn from one another. We are grateful to our Founding Board Members who created the original organization. In March 2023, Ladies First transitioned to formerly become the Pennsylvania Chapter of Women in Public Finance. The Board looks forward to this next “chapter” for the organization and welcomes you to join us!
